It happens sometimes - vehicle break downs. This last weekend we had a few breakdowns. There are a few AZ limo companies that we have a great relationship with and we help each other out during times like vehicle break downs.
Normally we are competitors - trying to earn the business from the same limo customers. But we pull together and help each other out in emergency situations and scramble to find chauffeurs and get a limo, party bus or sedan to a pick up address in time. So I like to say we are "friendly competitors".
Of course there are a few companies we don't work with at all because we don't like their business ethics (we recently had some vandalism to vehicles that we think could have been from a jealous competitor), we worry about the safety of their vehicles, or they don't pay their chauffeurs correctly as employees but instead as independent contractors.
The show must go on and we do not want to ruin the events for our clients. So we appreciate our AZ limo company partners that help pull together and help us keep the "show on the road".
Many airport companies also band together to win big jobs and help do pick ups of large groups of people for corporate events. We all help each other out in big ways and small.
What do you think? Did you know that limo companies worked together this way?
Homecoming dances at most Phoenix schools have been announced and the smart students are planning ahead and booking their limos and party buses before all the companies sell out.
Some quick tips to help you enjoy your Phoenix homecoming limo:
1. Book early - especially with the recession many companies in the Valley have downsized their fleet (including us) so availability will be scarce.
2. Make sure and have a parent or guardian call to book the limo or party bus. Most smart companies won't allow people under 18 to book. . . .
3. And of course don't try to drink on our limos and party buses! The student AND the parent will be required to sign a Teen I Promise document which states -
Teen passengers, parents and In The Scene Limousine agree to the following:
- No alcohol or other intoxicants or cigarettes are allowed in the vehicles.
- All packages may be inspected by the chauffeur and may go into the trunk of the vehicle.
- The privacy partition remains open at all times to allow supervision by the chauffeur.
- The chauffeur will notify the parent listed on this form if alcohol or drugs are detected. If the parent(s) are not available, the authorities will be notified.
- The chauffeur will immediately terminate the ride – passengers need to be collected by parents, and all monies will be forfeited.
- Only passengers listed below are allowed transportation in the vehicle.
- Any unusual spills, soiling or damage to the car caused by the passengers will be charged to the person(s) booking the vehicle.
- Signatures beside each name indicates this contract is acceptable.
We would be appreciative of the business and provide you great service so book your party bus or limo with In The Scene Limousine today!

The bachelor party needs to be off-the-hook! This is the last night out as a single, unmarried man and you've gotta embarrass, get rowdy, party, drink, celebrate when you hit the town with all your buddies.
Trying to figure out where to go? Well here is a run-down of In The Scene Limousine's favorite spots:
Amazons Olympia Garden - they serve food and have big screen TVs with all the games on. Oh and there are half-naked women dancing on stage and and grinding in your lap - need I say more?
Babe's Cabaret is in the heart of Scottsdale which makes it easy to make this one of many club stops (head to Axis or Revolver afterward) for your buddy's bachelor party. Girls are beautiful and drinks are strong.
Bourbon Street Circus has amazing dancers in all shapes and sizes than hang upside down and work that pole!
Christie's Cabaret is the classiest club in Phoenix and also one of the largest - so if you have a big crew then head over the Christie's Cabaret!
Le' Girls Cabaret - all nude bar so no booze - Le' Girls is a large club that runs until 4am so it is the perfect place to hit right before heading home leaving nothing to the imagination. . . .
Skin Cabaret is a chill place with lots of girls sporting tattoos, piercings and "punked-out" so if you like that style rather than just the plain-vanilla blondie with big chests - check out Skin Cabaret.
The Candy Store has real girls, a full bar, and great prices for lap dances - this is thought of as a great place to bring your lady friends too!
When you want to celebrate your bachelor party in Phoenix hit up these awesome strip clubs and roll there in a Phoenix party bus or Hummer limo. Nobody wants the party to be a bad memory if somebody gets a DUI. Plus we have stripper poles in a few of our party buses - maybe you can talk the girls from the clubs into coming on-board for a private show. . .

Many times we get the question - do you service the outlaying areas in Arizona - like Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, Tucson, etc. - the answer is OF COURSE! We are based in Phoenix but have no problem driving to those outlying areas and helping you with your events and parties!
Let's face it - there are not many limo companies in some of those smaller towns - so finding a Prescott limo or Flagstaff party bus can be nearly impossible! But people in Sedona still want a limo for their Sedona wedding.
There are additional costs for performing services in these areas that are 2-4 hours away from our main headquarters - fuel costs and payroll costs - so the prices are slightly higher than the price for Phoenix-based reservations. We would be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your event.
Planning a birthday party in Prescott? Wedding in Sedona? Bachelor party in Tucson? We would love to serve you in those areas! Just give us a call!

Whenever you have a group going to concerts - it can actually save you money renting a limo or party bus. And of course you can have SO MUCH more fun when you take a limo or party bus to the concert! You can drink on-board the vehicles (saves you $50-60 in over priced drinks at the venue). You can get in the mood for the concert by blasting your Ipod full of Michael Bolton or KISS (whichever concert you are going to). If they are charging for parking at the venue, you only have to pay for parking for the one limo or party bus, not 4-6 cars you-all would have if you drove individually. And of course, in case somebody had too many cocktails and ended up drinking and driving - the money you would spend on that DUI would FAR exceed the price of thelimo or party bus - especially when you spread the cost out over the group.

It might have been a little while since you went out on the town. Maybe you're married. Maybe you have kids now. But it can be hard and overwhelming to try and plan a special night for your girls-night-out. Or for your best friend's bachelorette party. Or for your brother's birthday party.
You take charge and say you will plan the party - get the Arizona limo or party bus and figure out where to go for the night. It sounded fun as the offer came out of your mouth. But then you get nervous and think to yourself . . . "where the heck are we going to go".
We would love to help you plan your night! Our chauffeurs are out EVERY weekend in Scottsdale and Tempe. They get to see the crowd at each club. They know how packed it gets at the various places, the age range of the groups and whether it is a "chill" place or more of a fun dance club.
And they communicate with us about which places are super fun! So we can help! We can help you get VIP access to most of the clubs in Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Let us help you plan your night. We are more than just an Arizona limo service. We want to be your night-life concierge.
We even have a Naughty on Wheels package that is already all set up for those fun bachelorette parties!!

Get your group together for a Scottsdale party bus as low as $14.30 per person on Monday nights!! We have the perfect place for you to go - Crown Room! A lot of times Sunday and Monday nights are called "industry" nights because people working in clubs, restaurants, hotels have to work on Friday/Saturdays - so Sunday/Monday is THEIR weekend. Problem is that there are not a lot of fun places - especially Monday nights.
But not anymore - Monday night is happening now at DJ Steel's weekly Manic Monday session at the Crown Room, 7419 East Indian Plaza in Scottsdale. The spinster will be programming an eclectic mix of music videos and tracks of the classic rock and electro variety. The vibe is cool - at Crown Room great ambiance and newly added stripper poles.
Just don't ask the DJ to play any hip-hop or Top 40. "I won't be banging out the hits like 'Rude Boy' or 'Empire State of Mind,'" Steel says. "A few nightlife industry people hang out here and they already hear that music all weekend."
This place is pretty slammed on Monday nights because there are not a lot of places open or happening! Combine a cheap Scottsdale party bus with a great venue like Crown Room and you have the recipe for an awesome evening!!

It's really hot in Phoenix - 110 - 113 - 108. Sure it is a dry heat - but all the same it is really hot. San Diego is cool, comfortable and actually chilly at night!! Take a trip for the weekend to San Diego.
Sure I know it is not a novel idea - every summer "Zonies" head over to San Diego to escape the heat. Airfare goes up - rental car prices go up - and hotel costs go up when the mass migration of desert dwellers heads over to San Diego.
If you book a limo or party bus to San Diego with us, it can actually save you money over airfare. For example book the largest limo bus, fill it up with 40 people, and you're only spending $77.50 per person for round trip transportation to San Diego! You can use the vehicle/chauffeur in San Diego - so you don't even have to get a rental car! Or get a Hummer limo, fill it with 20 people, and you are spending only $110 per person round trip!! I just checked out Southwest and the airfare per person for 2 weekends from now is $231!!
We have complete pricing for turn-around trips to San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas - anywhere 8 hours away or less listed right on our website!!
Save a bundle and escape to cooler weather. Enjoy the beach, the nightlife, shopping. But most importantly - pack a sweater for the night-time cooler weather!! You are talking a 40 degrees cooler when you head over to San Diego!! Escape the heat in a limo or party bus today!!

This 4th of July tons and tons are people are going to be drinking. Party, dance, celebrate the Independence of our Country. And please hang out with family and friends.
But please, please do not get behind the wheel after you have been drinking! Take a cab, stay overnight (plan ahead and pack your toothbrush!), designate a driver, or rent a limo or sedan service. But don't get behind the wheel!! Have a SAFE and Happy 4th of July!
