General Reservation Agreement:
1. MUST have credit card(s) used for payments on day of reservation for imprint.
2. A minimum of 50% of reservation fees must be paid at time of booking which is non-refundable and without at least a two week cancellation notice 100% of the reservation is due and is non-refundable. The balance of reservation must be paid the day before the reservation via credit card or cash to the driver at beginning of run along with a refundable security deposit of $250 ($500 for the 47 pax bus) authorized on the credit card or cash to driver. The authorization of $250 will drop off your credit card or cash refunded by the chauffeur as long as there are no damages or overtime.
3. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Company shall in no event be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages whatsoever arising out of or related to a delay in getting you to your destination in a timely manner, regardless of the reasons.
4. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party and for loss of use during repair. Minimum fee for sickness is $250.00. Minimum fee for abuse of limousine including beverage spills is $50.00. Other cleaning, damage & loss of use fees will be charged at a reasonable rate. No smoking or food inside the limousine. Alcohol consumption by minors and drug use is prohibited by law. All fees will be charged to the client listed as the billing contact. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion or abusive behavior on the part of the client(s).
5. Overtime pay, if available, will be charged for every 15 minutes (rounded up) over the prearranged time described on the contract. Your signature below authorizes any charges to the credit card on file for overtime pay (unless cash is paid at the end of the booking) at the base rate shown plus any applicable fuel and gratuity.
6. Pickup/drop off times can not be changed without a 3 week notice before the event unless you are adding more time (if available).
7. Not responsible for delays or the termination of a booking caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. accidents, construction, etc.) or traffic.
8. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
9. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
10. Abusive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and will immediately terminate the ride.
11. No guns or weapons allowed on-board any vehicle.
12. Must notify us in advance if going on an unpaved road and additional charges may apply. Client assumes responsibility if damages occur to vehicle while on unpaved road.
13. No refund for unused time.
14. In the event of a last minute substitution of a vehicle, customer agrees to pay the same rate as the original contract unless the replacement vehicle is refused.
15. All amenities on board (TVs, DVD, etc.) may not work at the time of your reservation we try our best to get features working but sometimes are not alerted to a malfunctioning amenity in time to get repaired before your trip.
16. In The Scene Limousine, LLC is hereby released from all loss, injury, or damage to any thing or person.
17. All prices are complete, however clients can tip above and beyond for excellent service. Thank you for your business.
Summer Notice - please note that during the months of May through September the vehicles may not get as cool as your regular passenger vehicles. All limos/buses have upgraded a/c systems and are tested regularly but will only get so cool when it is 85-120 degrees outside.

Transfer Reservation Agreement:

2. Transfer fees must be paid in full. 90% is refundable with a 48 hour cancellation notice.
3. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Company shall in no event be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages whatsoever arising out of or related to a delay in getting you to your destination in a timely manner, regardless of the reasons.
4. Transfers are a point-to-point service and are assumed to take 50 minutes of drive time at the maximum - if traffic delays or additional stops occur additional charges will incur at the total rate billed in 15 minute increments.
5. Pick up times can not be changed once the run has been dispatched (usually 24-72 hours before run).
6. No items can be left inside the vehicle for transfers (even roundtrip)-hourly service should be booked if you want to leave belongings or drinks on-board in between transfers.
7. Additional detours or stops must be negotiated with reservationist at the time of booking for accurate billing
8. Transfers require a specific pick up time as indicated on the confirmation/rental agreement. If client is not ready at time of pick up, a 5 minute grace period will be allowed at no charge. Once that grace period has expired client will be charged at the total rate billed in 15 minute increments.
9. Airport transfers - commercial flights - we track arrival time for flights and the pick up time will be adjusted for flight delay/early arrivals. If the flight is MORE than 15 minutes delayed we will bill an additional $5 per 15 minutes for reimbursement of chauffeur time for sedans/SUV runs. Limos & buses we immediately bill in 15 minute increments at the total rate for wait time.
10. Private flight transfers and point-to-point transfers require a specific pick up time as indicated on the confirmation (which can be adjusted with a two hour notice).
