What is the cost to rent a limo?
The price ranges depending on the vehicle, the day and time of the reservation and the time of year. An airport transfer can be as little as $50 and we have discounted weekday rates. Many factors go into our chauffeured transportation services - all our vehicles are beautiful and newer, we have the proper commercial insurance and government DOT compliance, all our chauffeurs possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) which is required on vehicles that carry 15+ passengers and go through extensive classroom and on the road training, our vehicles are serviced and maintained weekly, when you call us you get a live reservation staff member. All of these things cost money that we believe is well spent to provide you with best-in-class-service!
Do you provide wedding transfers?
We have transfers available in our luxury town cars and standard SUVs
every day of the week
. Most of our limousines, SUV limos and limo-style party buses require an hourly minimum of 3, 4 or 5 hours depending on the day and time. We offer transfers in some limos on non-peak Sunday - Thursday day-time reservations. Please call 602-996-LIMO (5466) for details on your specific day.

Why do you only offer limo transfers Sun-Thur during the day (until 5pm)?
Think about the time involved with a limo reservation. The chauffeur has to arrive to the office dressed in a suit and tie, preps the vehicle with ice and other items if you ordered a
wedding package
. Drives to your location and provides the service you ordered - okay maybe it is just a 10 minute drive from the church to the reception site. Drives to get fuel and then back to our office to clean the vehicle (vacuum, wipe down seats, remove glassware). Your 10 minute drive costs us 2-3 hours in time. Do you think it is cost-effective for us to charge $70-$80 only out of which we have to pay for fuel, chauffeur wages for 2-3 hours of time, etc.? Sure you only used the limo for 10 minutes but it cost us in hard costs alone $70-80 to provide those 10 minutes of service.

What is your service area?
We provide service for the entire state of Arizona as well as nation-wide through our network of affiliates. We don't charge a mileage or fee for extra stops for our hourly reservations but we do charge travel time if you are located more than 45-50 minutes away from downtown Phoenix.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation and what is the deposit?
Our vehicles are on a first-come first-serve basis and for busy weekend nights we tend to book up fast. So it is to your advantage to book as soon as you have your event planned in order to guarantee availability to meet your needs.
Do we offer corporate accounts with billing?
Yes! Please call us at 602-996-5466 and ask for an account application to be emailed to you in order to be set up on billing with your company.
Can we bring alcohol?
You can bring your own alcohol for your event as long as everyone is 21 or older. Groups with some people over 21 and some under 21 alcohol are permitted in the vehicles but whomever is over 21 will be responsible for contributing to minor(s) drinking alcohol if those under 21 do drink alcoholic beverages. For groups where everyone is under 21 the chauffeur will not allow alcohol on board the limousine and may terminate the reservation if anyone is caught drinking.
Do you have an on-time guarantee?
Yes! Starting March 20, 2007 we launched our on-time pick-up guarantee for hourly reservations! We are the only luxury ground transportation company in Phoenix that guarantees we will be on-time for your initial pick-up time for hourly reservations or your first hour is free.
