Mission Statement and history: In The Scene Limousine is an Arizona based LLC both minority and woman owned formed by Rachel Romero and James Romero III who have since fallen in love and are partners in the business and life. They live in Phoenix with Rachel's 9 year old daughter Amanda. Rachel and James have a passion for growing the limousine and chauffeured transportation business and hope to have the largest limousine business in the Phoenix area by 2012 with the most satisfied clients and employees.

Our Staff:
James Romero III x 109 - As an elected board member and former President of the Arizona Livery Association James has been recognized by those in the chauffeured transportation industry as a leader and driving force in helping promote an ethical and strong industry. He has a background in sales and marketing of various products from mortgages to motorcycles. James's passion is racing and he currently enjoys "practicing his driving skills" on the race tracks in go-karts and motorcycles for various leagues.
Rachel Romero x 110 - With a background in entrepreneurial ownership Rachel is excited by the opportunities In The Scene Limousine affords because this is a business that will only get bigger and better the longer it is around. Rachel enjoys time with her family when not working - which is rare since this 24/7 business takes about 60-80 hours a week of work!
Raul Ruiz x 103 - Raul is a strong sales professional with a caring and pleasant manner. He has a background in the chauffeured transporation business as our chauffeur manager and office manager - he also performs reservations for the company. Raul has 5+ years experience in the chauffeured transportation industry. He enjoys spending time with his growing family when he is not working.
R.J. x 102 - With almost 2 years experience at the company, R.J. has moved up and become very proficient at many jobs. R.J. enjoys spending time with his family in her spare time.
15 Chauffeurs and 2 Detail Staff Our chauffeurs are screened for professionalism and safety. All chauffeurs undergo drug/alcohol testing, are CDL licensed and have reference and driving records checked.
