We send a survey to every customer asking what they liked or did not like about our service. From the quality of the vehicle - to the service of the chauffeur - to the reservation and billing. OVER 98% of our clients respond that they were very happy with our service! For that 2% we work with them on solving their issues so that they would be happy enough to use us again. 8/10 reservation - While I did not personally ride in the bus. The bride and the bridesmaid all did! Good thing we got the bus. The bride's skirt filled the entire back seat! I heard all the girls took a turn on the pole... and could think of no better way to travel to and from the church! The bride and groom's driver at the end of the night, Daniel, was very good! The wedding party had to clean the reception hall... a small detail they didn't know ahead of time. The two were exhausted, happy that someone else was transporting them.
6/10 reservation -I just wanted to send you a quick note and let you know how much my "land guys" LOVED the bus you sent for the site visits and dinner last Thursday . . .more than one of them commented that it was "the highlight" of the trip. Thank you so very much for helping to make this a successful conference and if you ever need/want a letter of recommendation or reference, please let me know. As always, wonderful to work with you . . .
6/10 reservation -Your driver was great, the kids had a great time at the party! I especially appreciated the driver's assistance with helping me unload the drinks and snacks from my car (I'm 9 months pregnant and I think it was 100 + degrees out!). 3/31/10 - Last night's experience was excellent! Our driver, Keith, was at the airport at baggage when we arrived. He had arranged for a skycap to help with our luggage--this was above and beyond. He was very professional and friendly. He helped my handicapped father-in-law, which was very appreciated. He drove safely. We will need a limo service again in May and July and thanks to Keith we will be coming back to you (and requesting him if it is at all possible). I realize that we are only one of many customers, but he saved you our future business and I'm sure word of mouth is important in your business as it is in mine. Please commend him and use him as an example for training your other drivers. S.H.
2/10 - 5 Stars! Great service! My flight was delayed getting into the airport. Upon landing 30 minutes after our expected arrival time, I turned on my cell phone and the driver, Rosie, had left messages for me every 10 minutes telling me that she was still waiting for us. After getting bags and waiting for a wheelchair for other passenger, we got into the limo 45-minutes after when we were supposed to. The car Lincoln town car was clean, the driver was professional and courteous, and it was an overall excellent experience. I'm using them again to go to the airport this week.
12/09 - 5 Stars! Everyone enjoyed all of the transportation provided in In the Scene. They did several events for us over 3 days and each vehicle and driver was superb! Will use them again!
12/09 - 5 Stars! Had a airport pick-up and return to the airport. Cars were very very clean inside and out. The drivers were very friendly and professional all the way. Had great communication with them before,during and after the trip. I highly recommend In The Scene Limo for any and all occasions.

9/09 - 5 Stars! My Husband and I celebrated our 16th Wedding Anniversary. Jose was early, which characterized his spirit of service. He was excited about our Anniversary which solidified any future decisions in chosing In The Scene Limousine. He rolled out the Red Carpet for us and had all the amenities you could think of. Inside the car was decorated with a Happy Anniversary Banner. Jose was thoughtful, caring, and polite. The condition of the car was excellent. We felt special, like royalty. In The Scene Limousine Service was "The Best". I will definetly use your service again! Thanks for making my 16th Wedding Anniversary so special.

8/09 - We had an awesome time, things couldn't have gone better. Raul was the best! He is a very skilled, safe and professional driver. Raul was always early for our pick-ups, and helpful whenever possible. I would have given the highest rankings! "The kids had such a nice time! They liked Phil and so did we. He was very patient waiting for the kids, as they were not finished eating dinner when he arrived. I'm on the PTO board at Horizon, and told them about your teen contract. Everyone was very interested to do business with a company that has a zero tolerance policy, both for behavior and drugs/alcohol, so I forwarded your info. to the board and the principal. Horizon has a huge Prevention Committee, so you may want to follow up sometime next year, reminding them of your contract. Everyone in the community has heard horror stories of what is tolerated on the party buses, etc., so your commitment to Prevention, is a beacon compared to the other companies. We even have Parent Forums during the school year where we invite guest speakers. I'm sure you could give parents some insight regarding prom safety from your experiences.
